1. General provisions

1.1. These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern the relationship between the operator of ODDSOCEAN.COM ("we", "us" or the "Operator") and any person who visits the website or uses its features ("you" or the "User").

1.2. By simply opening the website, you confirm that you have read, understood and fully accepted these Terms. If you do not agree, leave the website immediately and stop using it.

1.3. We may amend these Terms at any time without specific notice. A new version takes effect as soon as it is published on the website. By continuing to use the website after an amendment, you automatically accept the new version.

2. What is ODDSOCEAN?

2.1. ODDSOCEAN.COM is a bookmaker odds-comparison service that provides reference information, including odds, match results, statistics, schedules and team line-ups.

2.2. We are NOT a bookmaker. We do not accept bets, operate gambling games or hold players' money. We only collect and display information from publicly available sources.

2.3. All odds and results are provided for informational purposes only. Because updates may be delayed, information on the website may differ from current information at the bookmaker. Always check the odds directly on the bookmaker's website before placing a bet.

3. Liability

3.1. We are not liable for any direct or indirect losses that you or a third party may incur as a result of using the website, including:

  • a lost bet caused by outdated or incorrect odds;
  • lost profit, loss of opportunity, reputational damage and similar losses.
