The Turkish national team unexpectedly hit rock bottom at the European Championship. The team of Gunesh approached the tournament in the status of one of the contenders for the playoffs, and now has a chance to get there only if they win in the third round, and it is not 100%. If we take the first match, the Turkish team could not deal with the Italians (0:3), and they failed to impose their style of play on the Welsh team in the second match when Bale played at the former level. The Swiss national team is in a slightly better situation before the final round. Shaqiri and company lost to Italy and had a draw in the match with the Welsh, which allows them to reach the playoffs if they win the game with Turkey. Four points will be enough to get to the 1/8 finals either from the second place or from the third one. Turkey was quite sloppy in the first rounds, first of all, they had problems with the tactics. At the same time, we know how powerful the team can play. The March victories in the games with the Netherlands and Norway are fresh in fans' memory. One should bet that the nominal guests should not at least lose.
